The Lakeview Track & Field team had an unforgettable weekend at the IESA State Finals in Peoria, bringing home incredible accomplishments and making school history along the way. Competing against some of the top athletes in Illinois, our Spartans earned Lakeview’s first-ever 4th Place Overall State Trophy in track and field competition.
Lakeview athletes captured three state championships, all with new Class 3A state record times, while also earning additional top finishes on the state stage.

The girls team’s 4th place overall finish capped off an extraordinary season filled with hard work, determination, and teamwork.
