Congratulations to Emily F. Lily M. and Emmet O. on their selection to the Illinois Music Educators Association(ILMEA) District 1 Honors Concert Band. They were selected through competitive blind audition from several hundred stds. They performed with about 120 othe talented students on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Unity Middle School in Cicero. Bravo!

The Lakeview Marching Sprartans looked and sounded amazing Friday afternoon as they performed for the DGS Homecoming Day Parade. Lakeview has been leading this parade for at least the last 15 years. So great to play for our community! Great Job Marching Spartans!
The Lakeview 6th Grade Concert Band put on a fantastic Halloween performance for the kids at Elizabeth Ide. We had a great time and the students were a wonderful audience!
So exciting! These 2 Tower Gardens were purchased for the LV LRC with grant money provided by Team 66. They will soon sprout different types of lettuces, herbs, and other produce. The towers will be used for student learning in a variety of core classes, as well as ingredients in our FACS classes. Stay tuned to see the growth!
